Job Title: Junior Active Directory Operator Location: Fully Remote, USA Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 + full training program

Daily Tasks

• Process 100–200 AD tickets per day (account creation, password resets, group membership)
• Follow documented procedures with 100% accuracy
• Escalate complex issues to senior AD engineers
• Run daily AD health reports
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding checklists

You’re a Great Fit If

• You have 6–24 months of IT/helpdesk experience OR a recent degree/diploma in IT
• You know basic Windows Server and Active Directory concepts
• You’re comfortable with PowerShell one-liners (or eager to learn)
• You are process-driven and love checklists
